Abstract


ABSTRACT
The aims of the study is to know the influence of Headmaster’s supervision and teachers’ competence on the quality improvement of Alfa Centauri senior high school graduates in Bandung simultaneously as well as partially. There are three dimensions of study, such as:Headmaster’s supervision (consists of: planning of the supervison; supervison implementation; the follow up activities of the supervison).Teachers’ competences (pedagogical competence; personal competence; professional competence; social competence.Graduates’s quality(academic achievement; non-academic achievement).
The research method used was the descriptive research and quantitative analytical approach. The data colleting instrumens consists of questionaire and documentation study. The questionaire has been distributed to 37 teachers who teach the 12th.Path analysis has been conceptual framework of the study and the hypothesis has been proved by using SPSS 16,0 version programe,window 7 version, and axioo laptop to calculate the result.The conclusion of the research are as follow:The influence of Headmaster’s supervision on the quality improvement of graduates at 79,2%. The influence of teachers’ competence on the quality improvement of graduates at 39,3%. The influence of Headmaster’s supervision and teachers’ competence on the quality improvement of graduates at 83,8%. The influence of Headmaster’s supervision on the teachers’ competence at 17,2%.
